Authentic Japanese Matcha Birthplace Matcha originated in China's Song Dynasty, and Linan in Hangzhou is its birthplace. We export both matcha and other Japanese teas, such as sencha and gyokuro, to Japan.

International Organic Certification Linan is the birthplace of China's organic tea, and our factory was one of the pioneers in the 1990s. All our tea plantations are certified by the BCS institution and meet USDA, JAS, and EC organic standards.

Quality Assurance and Testing We rigorously test our tea products according to organic regulations, including for heavy metals, microbes, and other organic components, at certified institutions and third-party laboratories.

Traditional Craftsmanship and Modern Technology Our tea leaves are shaded for 3-4 weeks before harvest to increase nutrient content, and the automated production line ensures no human contamination. We also use stone grinding to produce an ultrafine powder.

Matcha Production Process Our organic matcha is harvested in early May, shaded for 3-4 weeks, and then steamed, baked, and stone-ground into a fine powder.

Product Certifications and Attributes Our organic matcha powder is certified by Kiwa BCS Öko-Garantie Authority and tested by Eurofins Germany Labs. It is plant-based, vegan/vegetarian, gluten-free, non-GMO, and free from radiation and heavy metals.

Antioxidant-Rich Matcha Our matcha is fortified with unique flavors and nutrients due to the tea variety, planting environment, organic cultivation, shading treatment, processing methods, and grinding techniques.
